RC low-frequency oscillator circuit
The oscillator with frequency below 10Hz is very appropriate to use RC oscillator. Zener diode is used here to stabilize the rate, the output peak - peak voltage can be adjusted between 0 ~ 4V , frequency is 6.5HZ. If it uses the value in the arc, the frequency can be as low as 0.01HZ. Oscillator's absorbing current is about 3mA. (View)

The circuit can produce a narrow pulse which is below 20ns, and the output is compatible with TTL circuit. The frequency spectrum less than 25MHz is approximately constant. Conversion selector switch 8 can change the output frequency, and the conversion selector switch 20 can change the delay time. Figure b shows the waveform diagram of M1, M2, M3 in Figure a. (View)
