TQM6M7010 General Description
The TQM6M7010 is designed as one kind of 3V quad-band GSM850/900 DCS/PCS transmit module that can be used in GSM GPRS handsets and modems & dual-, tri-, quad-band class 12 compatible. The power amplifier blocks of this device including power control are combined with the low insertion loss quad-band pHEMT switch, Tx harmonics filtering, integrated switch decoder, four receive ports, and full ESD protection. With its excellent efficiency performance in all 4 bands, the power amplifier and switch module contributes to the overall talktime targets of next generation mobile handset designs.
Features of the TQM6M7010 are:(1)ruggedness 30:1;(2)high-reliability InGaP HBT technology;(3)CMOS compatible module control inputs;(4)GPRS class 12 compatible;(5)50 input and output impedances;(6)positive supply voltage 3.0 to 4.5 V;(7)integrated low pass Tx harmonics filter;(8)free choice of Rx ports for band selection;(9)integrated SP6T pHEMT switch;(10)integrated power and SP6T control;(11)high system efficiency-GSM850 40%, GSM900 45% ,DCS/PCS 38%;(12)ultra compact size.
