PI3A412 General Description

The PI3A412 is designed as one kind of quad single-pole double-throw (SPDT) CMOS switch. It can be used as an analog switch or as a low-delay bus switch. Specified over a wide operating power supply voltage range, +1.6V to +4.2V, the switch has an On-Resistance of 0.4 at 2.7V.Control inputs, Ax, tolerates input drive signals up to 5V, independent of supply voltage.It can be used in cell phones,audio & video signal routing,PCMCIA cards,PDAs,portable instrumentation,modems and battery powered communications,computer peripherals,JTAG testing and hard drives.

Features of the PI3A412 are:(1)CMOS technology for bus and analog applications;(2)low on-resistance:0.4;(3)wide Vcc range:1.6V to 4.2V;(4)rail-to-rail signal range;(5)control input overvoltage tolerance:5.5V min;(6)high off isolation:-65dB;(7)crosstalk rejection reduces signal distortion:-65dB;(8)low THD (0.05% @ VCC=2.7V);(9)break-before-make switching;(10)extended industrial temperature range:40°C to 85°C;(11)packaging (Pb-free & green):16-contact TQFN (ZL), 2.5mm x 2.5mm or 16-contact TQFN (ZH), 3.0mm x 3.0mm.
