The TMP87C807U is designed as the high speed and high performance 8-bit single chip microcomputer which contain CPU core, ROM, RAM, input / output ports, six multi-function timer / counters, a serial interface, a high speed serial output and two clock generators on a clock.
It has many features. The first one is 8-bit chip microcomputer TLCS-870 series. The second one is instruction execution time 0.5us at 8MHz and 122us at 32.768kHz. The third one is 412 basic instructions. The fourth one is 14 interrupt sources (external 6 and internal 8). The fifth one is input / output ports (37 pins). The sixth one is two 16-bit timer / counters. The seventh one is time base timer. The eighth one is divider output function. The ninth one is watchdog timer. And so on. That are the main features.
Some absolute maximum ratings have been concluded into several points as follow. The first one is supply voltage which would be from -0.3V to 6.5V. The second one is about its input voltage which would be from -0.3V to Vdd+0.3V. The third one is about its output voltage which would be from -0.3V to Vdd+0.3V. The fourth one is about its output current (per 1 pin) which would be 3.2mA for P1, P2, P5, P6, P7 and would be 30mA for P0. The fifth one is about its output current total which would be 100mA for P1, P2, P5, P6, P7 and would be 120mA for P0. The sixth one is about its power dissipation which would be 350mW. The seventh one is about its soldering temperature (time) which would be 260°C (10s). The eighth one is about its storage temperature which would be from -55°C to 125°C. The ninth one is about its operating temperature range which would be from -30°C to 70°C. It should be noted that the absolute maximum ratings are rated values which must not be exceeded during operation, even for an instant. And so on. For more information please contact us.
