TMP04060F-XXX

TMP04060F-XXX is an advanced microcontroller developed for applications in multi-digit calculators and LCD remote controllers. It is a 4-bit CMOS LL microcontroller with integrated a 4-bit high performance CPU, memory (static work RAM, data RAM and program ROM), LCD display LL controller driver and a multi-function timer into a single chip.
