The TMP04090FXXXX has the following features including:(1)interrupts:2 external (input pin, general-purpose input/output pin),2 internal (timer/counter, timings); (2)watchdog timer:timer/counter can be used as watchdog timer; (3)PROM writing method:8-bit parallel.The TMP04090FXXX X is a one-time PROM version of the TMP04CHOOFXXX and TMP04CH01FXXX which incorporate mask ROM.
