The TMP47P847VF is designed as the system evaluation LSI of 47C647/847 with 64K bits one-time PROM. It programs / verifies using an adapter socket to connect with PROM programmer, as it is in TMM2764AD.
Some absolute maximum ratings have been concluded into several points as follow. The first one is about its supply voltage which would be from -0.3V to 7V. The second one is about its program voltage which would be from -0.3V to 13.0V. The third one is about its input voltage which would be from -0.3V to Vdd+0.3V. The fourth one is about its output voltage which would be from -0.3V to Vdd+0.3V and it would be from -0.3V to 10V for P1, P2, P6, P8, P9. The fifth one is about its output current (per 1 pin) which would be 3.2mA for R4 to R9 and would be 15mA for P1, P2. The sixth one is about its output current total which would be 60mA. The seventh one is about its power dissipation which would be 600mW. The eighth one is about its soldering temperature which would be 260°C (10s). The ninth one is about its storage temperature range which would be from -55°C to 125°C. The tenth one is about its operating temperature range which would be from -40°C to 70°C. It should be noted that the absolute maximum ratings are rated values which must not be exceeded during operation, even for an instant. Any one of the ratings must not be exceeded.
Also some DC characteristics about it. The first one is about its hysteresis voltage which would be typ 0.7V. The second one is about its input resistance which would be min 100k and typ 220k and max 450k. The third one is about its output leakage current which would be max 2uA. The fourth one is about its output level high voltage which would be min 2.4V. The fifth one is about its output level low voltage which would be max 0.4V. And so on.
