The SN75466 is designed as high voltage high current darlington transistor arrays. It consists of secen NPN darlington pairs tha feature high voltage outputs with common cathode clamp diodes for switching inductive loads.
It has six features. The first one is 500mA rated collector current (single output). The second one is it would have high voltage outputs which would be 100V. The third one is it would have output clamp diodes. The fourth one is inputs compatible with various types of logic. The fifth one is elay driver applications. The sixth one is it would have higher voltage vertions of ULN2001A, ULN2002A, ULN2003A and ULN2004A respectively for commercial temperature range. That are all the main features.
Some absolute maximum ratings have been concluded into several points as follow. The first one is about its collector to emitter voltage which would be 100V. The second one is about its input voltage whcih would be 30V. The third one is about its peak collector current which would be 500mA. The fourth one is about its output clamp current which would be 500mA. The fifth one is about its total emitter to terminal current which would be -2.5A. The sixth one is about its operating free air temperature range which would be from 0°C to 70°C. The seventh one is about its storage temperature range which would be fom -65°C to +150°C. The eighth one is about its lead temperature 1,6mm (1/16 inch) from case for 10 seconds which would be 260°C.
Also some electrical characteristics about it. The first one is about its collector to emitter saturation voltage which would be typ 0.9V and max 1.1V at Ic=100mA and would be typ 1V and 1.3V at Ic=200mA and would be typ 1.2V and max 1.6V at Ic=350mA. The second one is about its clamp diode forward voltage which would be typ 1.7V and max 2V. The third one is about its off state input current which would be min 50ua and typ 65uA. And so on.
