The SB5150 is designed as schottky barrier rectifier diode with forward output current of 5.0 amperes.
It five features. (1) Its has high current capability. (2) It has high surge current capability. (3) It has high reliability. (4) Its has low forward voltage drop. (5) It would be Pb / RoHS free. That are all the main features.
Some absolute maximum ratings and electrical characteristics have been concluded into several points as follow with conditiond of Tc=25°C unless other specified, single phase, half wave, 60Hz, resistive or inductive load, for capacitive load, derate current by 20%. (1) Its maximum recurrent peak reverse voltage would be 150V. (2) Its maximum RMS voltage would be 105V. (3) Its maximum DC blocking voltage would be 150V. (4) Its maximum average forward current 0.375'', 9.5mm lead length would be 5.0A.
