The QL12x16 is designed as very high speed 2K (6K) gate CMOS FPGA. The 192 logic cell field-programmable gate array (FPGA) offers up to 6000 total available, with 2000 typically usable "gate array" gates (equivalent to 6000 gate claims of EPLD or LCA vendors) of high performance general purpose logic in 68- and 84-pin plastic leaded chip carrier packages.
It has many features. The first one is 68 bidirectional input / output pins. The second one is 6 dedicated input / high drive pins. The third one is 2 clock / dedicated input pins with fanout-independent, low-skew clock nets. The fourth one is input + logic cell + output delays under 9ns. The fifth one is chip-to-chip operating frequencies up to 85MHz. The sixth one is internal state macbine frequencies up to 100MHz. The seventh one is clock skew would be less than 1ns. The eighth one is input hysteresis provides high noise immunity. The ninth one is built-in scan path permits 100% factory testing of logic and I/O cells and functional testing with automatic test vector generation (ATVG) software after programming. And so on. That are all the main features.
Some absolute maximum ratings have been concluded into several points as follow. The first one is about its supply voltage which would be from -0.5V to 7.0V. The second one is about its input voltage which would be from -0.5V to Vcc+0.5V. The third one is about its ESD pad protection which would be +/- 2000V. The fourth one is about its DC input current which would be +/- 20mA. The fifth one is about its latch-up immunity which would be +/-100mA. The sixth one is about its storage temperature range which would be from -65°C to +150°C for ceramic and would be from -40°C to +125°C for plastic.
