PF0045 General Description
PF0045 series,the MOS FET power amplifier module mobile phone, has four unique features: the first one is light and thin package which are 5g and 5.0 mmt. The second one is low voltage operation which is 6 V. The third one is low power control current which is 300 uA. The forth one is high stability load which is not less than 20.
There are some absolute maximum ratings about it.Supply voltage(VDD) is 12 V. Supply current(IDD) is 2 A. APC voltage(VAPC) is ±8 V. Input power(Pin) is 20 mW. Operating case temperature is -30 to +100.Storage temperature(Tstg) is -30 to +100.Otherwise, there are also some electrical characteristics about ti when Ta is 25. Drain cutoff current(IDS) is 100 uA max when VDD is 12 V, VAPC is 0 V.Total efficiency is 45% min and 48% typ when Pin is 1mW, VDD is 6 V, Pout is 1.2 W, Zin is equal to Zout which is 50 ohms.2nd harmonic distortion(2ndH.D.) is -30 dB max when Pin is 1mW, VDD is 6 V, Pout is 1.2 W, Zin is equal to Zout which is 50 ohms.3rd harmonic distortion(3rd H.D.) is -30 dB max when Pin is 1mW, VDD is 6 V, Pout is 1.2 W, Zin is equal to Zout which is 50 ohms.Input VSWR is 3 max when Pin is 1mW, VDD is 6 V, Pout is 1.2 W, Zin is equal to Zout which is 50 ohms.Output VSWR is 2 typ when Pin is 1mW, VDD is 6 V, Pout is 1.2 W, Zin is equal to Zout which is 50 ohms.
