PE0011 series,the high frequency power MOS FET module, has three unique features: The first one is it includes input and output matching circuit. The second one is it is easy to control output power. The third one is it is superior to stability at load mismatching.
There are some absolute maximum ratings about it when Ta is 25. Supply voltage(VDD) is 17 V. Supply current(IDD) is 3 A. APC voltage(VAPC) is ±8 V. Input power(Pin) is 20 mW.Operating case temperature(TC(op) ) is -40 to +100.
