FX604P3 is one type of FX604. There is some information about the FX604. It is a kind of N-channel silicon MOSFET.
There are some features as follows. First, the composite type composed of two low ON-resistance N-channel MOSFET chips for ultrahigh-speed switching and low-voltage drive.
