The A6810SAT is designed as one kind of DABiC-IV, 20-bit serial-input, latched source driver that belongs to the A6810 family. A 20-bit CMOS shift register, accompanying data latches and control circuitry with bipolar sourcing out puts and pnp active pull downs formed this device. Each package of the A6810SA-T is available in a lead (Pb) free version, with 100% matte tin leadframe plating.
Features of the A6810SA-T are:(1)controlled output slew rate; (2)high-speed data storage; (3)60 V minimum output breakdown; (4)high data input rate; (5)PNP active pull-downs; (6)low output-saturation voltages; (7)low-power CMOS logic and latches; (8)improved replacements for TL5812, UCN5812, and UCQ5812.
