State of the art Hyperfast recovery rectifiers designed with optimized performance of forward voltage drop, Hyperfast recover time, and soft recovery.

The planar structure and the platinum doped life time control guarantee the best overall performance, ruggedness and reliability characteristics.

These devices are intended for use in PFC Boost stage in the AC-DC section of SMPS, inverters or as freewheeling diodes.

The IR extremely optimized stored charge and low recovery current minimize the switching losses and reduce over dissipation in the switching element and snubbers.

30ETH06SPBF General Description

      30ETH06SPbF is the art hyperfast recovery rectifier which performs very well in forward voltage drop, hyperfasttime recovery and soft recovery.It has best overall performance, ruggedness and reliability which due to its planar structure and the platinum doped life time control.Then we introduce the the field of applications.It is mainly used in PFC Boost stage in the AC-DC section of SMPS,inverters and so on.
      The following is about the features. It has six features as follows. The first one is hyperfastfast recovery time.The second one is its low forward voltage drop.The third one is its low leakage current.The fouth one is its 125°C operating junction temperature.The fifth one is its dual diode center tap.The last one is that lead-free ("PbF" suffix).
      Now we come to the introduction of the absolute maximum ratings.The first parameter is that the peak repetitive reverse voltage is 600V. Next is that the average rectifier forward current is 30 A.The third one is that the non repetitive peak surge current is 200 A.The following one is that the operating junction temperature ranges from - 65 to 125. The sixth one is that the operating storage temperature ranges from - 65 to 150.
