Ultrafast Rectifier, 30 A FRED Pt?

The 30EPH03PbF is designed as one kind of ultrafast rectifiers with 30A FRED Pt. It is the state of the art ultrafast recovery rectifiers designed with optimized performance of forward voltage drop and ultrafast recovery time. The planar structure and the platinum doped life time control guarantee the best overall performance, ruggedness and reliability characteristics.

30EPH03PbF has six features. (1)Ultrafast recovery time. (2)Low forward voltage drop. (3)Low leakage current. (4)175°C operating junction temperature. (5)Lead (Pb)-free ("PbF" suffix). (6)Designed and qualified for industrial level. Those are all the main features.

Some absolute maximum ratings of 30EPH03PbF have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its peak repetitive reverse voltage would be 300V. (2)Its average rectified forward current would be 30A. (3)Its non-repetitive peak surge current would be 300A. (4)Its operating junction temperature range would be from -65°C to 175°C. (5)Its storage temperature range would be from -65°C to 175°C. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.

Also some electrical characteristics of 30EPH03PbF are concluded as follow. (1)Its breakdown voltage, blocking voltage would be min 300V.
