IXFX 100N25

The third one is rugged polysilicon gate cell structure. The forth one is unclamped Inductive Switching (UIS) rated. The fifth one is low package inductance - easy to drive and to protect. The sixth one is fast intrinsic rectifier. At the same time , it also has six applications which is as follows: DC-DC converters;Battery chargers;Switched-mode and resonant-mode power supplies; DC choppers;AC motor control;Temperature and lighting controls. Otherwise, its three highlights will also give you a big surprise: The first one is PLUS 247TM package for clip or spring mounting. The second one is space savings.
