See as the figure, the maximum input is lower than 100W, it is adopted with the weak current arc technology, which can quickly ignite a stable arc whose length is about 5mm~10mm and current is 1~3A. As the additional arc starter of the DC welder, it can increase the succeeding ratio from 30% to 100%, so the arc starting problem is solved. The electric arc is not easy to be put out, and the element meshing doesn't happen while generating the arc. The device itself can be a portable welder, which is used to weld the metal shell thinner than 1mm.   (View)
