The W9310F is designed as a multi-purpose communication device designed to support either voice or data communication. For operation in voice mode, the W9310 provides all the baseband functions required for an FCC Part 15 compliant cordless phone and includes the signals required for interfacing to a 32 Kbps ADPCM codec. For operation in data mode, the W9310F supports both fullduplex and semi-duplex operations.
It has nine features. (1) Designed for spread spectrum wireless communication systems. (2) Voice mode is 32 Kbps ADPCM. (3) Data mode is full-duplex data rate up to 64Kbps and half-duplex data rate up to 160Kbps. (4) TDD switch control. (5) Serial bus interface. (6) Simplified FCC part 15 compliance. (7) Simple BPSK/MSK modulation. (8) CMOS technology. (9) Packaged in 80-pin PQFP. That are all the main features.
Some absolute maximum ratings have been concluded into several points as follow. (1) Its DC supply voltage would be from -0.3V to +6.5V. (2) Its input / output voltage would be Vss-0.5V for input low level and would be Vdd+0.5V for input high level and it would be Vss-0.5V for output low level and would be Vdd+0.5V for output high level. (3) Its DC current, any pin (except Vdd and Vss) would be +/-10mA. (4) Its operating temperature range would be from 0°C to +70°C. (5) Its storage temperature range would be from -55°C to 150°C.
And also some electrical characteristics about it. (1) Its high input current 1 would be min -275uA and max -45uA. (2) Its low input current 1 would be max 40uA. (3) Its pull-down resistance would be typ 11Kohm. (4) Its high input current 2 would be min -10uA. (5) Its low input current 2 would be max 10uA. (6) Its high input current would be min -40uA. (7) Its low input current would be min 45uA and max 290uA. (8) Its pull-up resistance would be typ 18kohm. And so on.
