The TSH150I is one kind of 140 MHz bandwidth low noise single operational amplifier,it has some features such as:(1)low distoration;(2)gain bandwidth product:150 MHz;(3)unity gain stable;(4)slew rate:190V/us;(5)very fast setting time:20ns(0.1%).The TSH150 is a wideband monolithic operational amplifier, internally compensated for unity-gain stability.Low noise and low distortion, wide bandwidth and high linearity make this amplifier suitable for RF
and video applications. Short circuit protection is provided by an internal current-limiting circuit.The TSH150 has internal electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection circuits and fulfills MILSTD883C-Class2.
The maximum ratings of the The TSH150I are:(1)supply voltage:±7 V;(2)differential input voltage:±5 V;(3)input voltage:±5 V;(4)current on inputs:±50 V;(5)current on offset null pins:±20 V;(6)operating free-air temperature range:-40 to +125°C;(7)storage temperature range:-65 to +150°C.
