The TSH11I is one kind of 140 MHz bandwidth low noise single operational amplifier,it has some features such as:(1)low input current:2pA typ;(2)gain bandwidth product:120 MHz;(3)unity gain stable;(4)slew rate:150V/us;(5)standard pin out.The TSH10 is a low cost wide bandwidth single operational amplifier featuring low input noise of 6nV//Hz. Other features as unity gain stability,fast settling time and high linearity make it suitable for any application requiring speed and precision as high resolution video or DAC buffer.
The maximum ratings of the The TSH11I are:(1)supply voltage:±7 V;(2)differential input voltage:±5 V;(3)input voltage:±5 V;(4)current on inputs:±20 V;(5)current on offset null pins:±20 V;(6)operating free-air temperature range:-40 to +125°C;(7)storage temperature range:-65 to +150°C.
