TC4009UBP is a kind of HEX buffer converter (inverting type).It contains six circuits of buffers with the level shift function.It provides inverted outputs.Large output current enables to directly drive one TTL/MDTL input.Besides,since the logical amplitude of VDD-VSS can be converted to the logic amplitude of VCC-VSS by supplying two seperate power supplies with the condition of (VDD>VCC),it is suitable for the interface from C2MOS system operating with the power supply voltage of 5 V or highest to TTL/MDTL system.
What comes next is about the maximum ratings.The VDD (DC supply voltage) is from VSS-0.5 to VSS+20 V.The VIN (input voltage) is from VSS-0.5 to VDD+0.5 V.The VOUT (output voltage) is from VSS-0.5 to VDD+0.5 V.The IIN (DC input current) is ±10 mA.The PD (power dissipation) is 300 mW.The TA (operating ambient temperature range) is from -40 to 85.The Tstg (storage temperature range) is from -65 to 150.The lead temperature (10s) (Tsol) is 260.10 sec.Then is about the recommended operating conditions.The minimum VDD (DC supply voltage) is 3 V and the maximum is 18 V.The minimum VCC (DC supply voltage) is 3 V and the maximum is VDD V.The minimum VIN (input voltage) is 0 V and the maximum is VDD V.
