The S29PL032J70BFI12 is one member of the S29PL032J family which is designed as the 32 Mbit, 3.0 volt-only page mode and simultaneous read/write flash memory device. This device requires a single 3.0 volt power supply (2.7 V to 3.6 V) for both read and write functions.

Features of the S29PL032J70BFI12 are:(1)software command-set compatible with JEDEC 42.4 standard;(2)CFI (common flash interface) compliant;(3)erase suspend / erase resume;(4)unlock bypass program command reduces overall programming time when issuing multiple program command sequences;(5)provides a hardware method of detecting program or erase cycle completion;(6)hardware method to reset the device to reading array data;(7)sectors can be locked and unlocked in-system at Vcc level.
