The PLL0305A is a PLL synthesizer LSI fabricated using NPC's original molybdenum-gate CMOS technology. The input frequency driver ratio can be set by extermally inputting serial data. The reference frequency divider ratio can be selected from 8 choice stored in the built-in ROM.It has many unique features: The first one is lock detector pin. The second one is it can be used with active or passive filters. The third one is the reference frequency divider ratios are 16,512,1024,2048,3668,4096,6144,8192. The forth one is inout frequency divider ratios are 5 to 16383. Otherwise, there are also some applications: The first one is scanning receivers. The second one is amateur radios. The third one is radios, etc.
There are some absolute maximum ratings about it.Supply votlage(VDD-VSS) is -0.3 V to +7.0 V. Input voltage(Vin) is Vss-30 V to VDD+0.3V. Operating temperature(Topr) is -30 to +80. Storage temperature(Tstg) is -40 to +125.Soldering temperature(Tsld) is 260±5. Soldering time(Tsld) is 10 Sec. Besides, there are also some electricla characteristics about it when Vss is 0 V , VDD is -4.5 V to 5.5 V , Ta is -30 to +80. Supply voltage(VDD) is 4.5 V min and 5.5 V max. Maximum operating frequency1(Fmax1) is 30 MHz min and 50 MHz max when Fin-sine wave 500m Vp-p. Maximum operating frequency2(Fmax2) is 15 MHz min and 50 MHz typ when Xin-sine wave 1Vp-p.Input voltage(Vih) is VDD-0.3 V min and VDD max and Vih is 0 V min and 0.5 V max. Input current1(Iih1) is 15 uA max when Vih1 is equal to VDD and Vil1 is 15 uA when Vil1 is 0 V.
