PE4241 General Description

      The PE4241 has 6 features.The first one is single-pin or complementary CMOS logic control inputs.The second one is +3.0-volt power supply needed for single-pin control mode.The third one is low insertion loss: 0.7 dB at 1.0 GHz,0.9 dB at 2.0 GHz.The fourth one is isolation of 30 dB at 1.0 GHz, 21 dB at 2.0 GHz.The fifth one is typical input 1 dB compression point of +27 dBm.The sixth one is ultra-small SOT23 package.
      The PE4241 UltraCMOS™ RF Switch is designed to cover a broad range of applications from DC through 3.0 GHz. This reflective switch integrates on-board CMOS control logic with a low voltage CMOS-compatible control interface, and can be controlled using either single-pin or complementary control inputs. Using a nominal +3-volt power supply voltage, a typical input 1 dB compression point of +27 dBm can be achieved.
      The PE4241 UltraCMOS™ RF Switch is manufactured in Peregrine's patented Ultra Thin Silicon (UTSi®) CMOS process, offering the performance of GaAs with the economy and integration of conventional CMOS.

PE4244 General Description

The PE4244 SPDT Switch is designed to cover a broad range of applications from DC to 3.0 GHz. This reflective switch integrates on-board CMOS control logic with a low voltage CMOS compatible control input. Using a +3-volt nominal power supply voltage, a 1 dB compression point of +27 dBm can be achieved. The PE4244 also exhibits excellent isolation of better than 40 dB at 1.0 GHz and is offered in a small 8-lead MSOP package.
