LM9036DT-3.3 General Description
The LM9036DT-3.3 is ideally suited for automotive and other battery operated systems.The LM9036DT-3.3 has a 40V maximum operating voltage limit, a −40 to +125 operating temperature range, and ±5% output voltage tolerance over the entire output current, input voltage, and temperature range.
Features of the LM9036DT-3.3 are:(1)ultra low ground pin current (IGND 25A for IOUT= 0.1mA);(2)fixed 5V,3.3V,50mA output;(3)output tolerance ±5% over line, load,and temperature;(4)dropout voltage typically 200mV @ IOUT = 50mA;(5)−45V reverse transient protection;(6)internal short circuit current limit;(7)internal thermal shutdown protection;(8)40V operating voltage limit.
The absolute maximum ratings of the LM9036DT-3.3 can be summarized as:(1):the input voltage (survival) is +55V, −45V;(2):the ESD susceptibility is ±1.9kV;(3):the power dissipation is internally limited;(4):the junction temperature (TJmax) is 150;(5):the storage temperature range is −65 to +150;(6):the lead temperature (soldering,10sec) is 260.If military/aerospace specified devices are required,please contact the national semiconductor sales office/distributors for availability and specifications.The operating ratings of the LM9036DT-3.3 can be summarized as:(1):the operating temperature range −40 to +125;(2):the maximum input voltage (operational) is 40V.
