LA6324M General Description

The LA6324M consists of four independent, high-performance, internally phase compensated operational amplifiers that are designed to operate from a single power supply over a wide range of voltages. These four operational amplifiers are packaged in a single package.As in case of conventional general-purpose operational amplifiers, operation from dual power supplies is also possible and the power dissipation is low.It can be applied to various uses in commercial and industrial equipment including all types of transducer amplifiers,DC amplifiers.

Features of the LA6324M are:(1)no phase compensation required;(2)wide operating voltage range: 3.0 to 30.0V (single supply);(3)input voltage range includes the neighborhood of GND level and output voltage range Vout is from 0 to VCC-1.5V;(4)small current dissipation: ICC=O.6mA typ/VCC=+5V, Rl=;(5)mini flat package enabling compactness of sets.

The absolute maximum ratings of the LA6324M can be summarized as:(1)maximum supply voltage:32V;(2)differential input voltage:32V;(3)maximum inputvoltage:-0.3 to + 32V;(4)allowable power dissipation:330mW;(5)operating temperature:-30 to +85°C;(6)storage temperature:-55 to +125°C.The products described in this document are designed, developed and manufactured as contemplated for general use, including without limitation, ordinary industrial use, general office use, personal use, and household use, but are not designed, developed and manufactured as contemplated (1) for any use that includes fatal risks or dangers that, unless extremely high safety is secured, could have a serious effect to the public, and could lead directly to death, personal injury, severe physical damage or other loss (i.e., nuclear reaction control in nuclear facility, aircraft flight control, air traffic control, mass transport control, medical life support system, missile launch control in weapon system), or (2) for any use where chance of failure is intolerable (i.e., submersible repeater and artificial satellite).
