GMZAN1-A is a type of GMZAN1. The following is some information about the GMZAN1. It is a kind of flat panel monitor controller IC. It has an integrated 135 MHz ADC and a GMZ2 quality scaling engine which provides a high degree of integration for a simplified, cost effective design. It is a pin-compatible replacement for the GMB120. The 160-pin PQFP package is available. The typical applications include multi-synchronous LCD monitors and other fixed-resolution pixelated display devices.
There are some features as follows. First is fully integrated 135 MHz 8-bit triple-ADC, PLL, and pre-amplifier. The second is GMZ2 sacling algorithm featuring new Adaptive Contrast Enhancement (ACE). Then is on-chip programmable OSD engine. Next is integrated PLLs. The fifth is 10-bit programmable gamma correction. The sixth is host interface with 1 or 4 data bits.
The following is about the electrical characteristics. The maximum RVDD is 5.6 V. The maximum CVDD is 5.6 V. The Vin is from VSS-0.5 to VCC+0.5 V. The operating temperature is from 0 to 70. The storage temperature is from -65 to 150. The maximum power consumption at XGA resolution output is 1.8 W.
