The GMZAN3 is designed as a graphics processing IC for liquid crystal display (LCD) monitors at XGA resolution. GMZAN3 provides all key IC functions required for the highest quality LCD monitors. On-chip functions include a high-speed triple-ADC and PLL, a high quality zoom and shrink scaling engine, an on-screen display (OSD) controller and digital color controls.
GMZAN3 has ten features. (1)Zoom (from VGA) and shrink (from SXGA) scaling. (2)Integrated 8-bit triple-channel ADC/PLL. (3)Csync and SOG support. (4)On-chip versatile OSD engine. (5)All system clocks synthesized from a single external crystal. (6)On-chip reset circuit. (7)Programmable gamma correction (CLUT). (8)PWM back light intensity control. (9)5V tolerant inputs up to 13 GPIO pins. (10)Low EMI and power saving features. Those are all the main features.
