The GCD1001S is designed as a clock driver for the vertical resister drive of CCD. It is well suited for B/W or color CCD camera / camcorder in NTSC or PAL system.
It has two features. The first one is it would have 4 channel vertical clock driver and 1 channel substrate driver. The second one is implemented with high voltage (50V) and high performance CMOS process. That are all the main features.
Some absolute maximum ratings have been concluded into several points as follow. The first one is about its supply voltage which would be from Vss-0.3 to Vss+35V. The second one is about its input voltage which would be from Vss-0.3V to Vdd+0.3V. The third one is about its output voltage which would be from Vss-0.3V to VP0+0.3V. The fourth one is about its operating temperature range which would be from -25°C to +85°C. The fifth one is about its storage temperature range which would be from -40°C to +125°C. The sixth one is about its recommended voltage which would be Vss+15V for Vdd and Vss+10V for VP0 and Vss+25V for VP1. The seventh one is about its operating temperature range which would be from -20°C to +75°C.
And some DC characteristics about it. The first one is about its input high voltage would be min 3.5V. The second one is about its input low voltage which would be max 1.5V. The third one is about its output high voltage which would be min 14.9V and typ 15V. The fourth one is about its output low voltage which would be typ -10V and max -9.9V. The fifth one is about its input current which would be typ 1.0uA. The sixth one is about its power supply current which would be typ 0.3mA and max 0.5mA for Ip0 and typ 0.15mA and max 0.3mA for Ip1.
