The FM50S3X belongs to the FM50 series. It is an analog temperature sensor and is a cost-effective for accurate low-power temperature monitoring applications. Besides,it can also be used in occasions such as mobile phones,computers,battery management,office equipment,HVAC,power supply modules,disk drives and automotive. It is available in both standard and 3-pin SOT-23 lead free package.
There are some featurea as follows. (1) analog output: 10 mV/; (2) range: -40 to 125 range:; (3) accuracy: ±2 at 25 ; (4) supply current, 170 A max.; (5) output drive, 25 A; (6) self-heating < 0.1 ; (7) operating voltage: 2.4 V to 6 V.
