The BUD86 is a kind of silicon NPN high voltage switching transistor.
Features of the BUD86 are:(1)Multi diffusion technology; (2)glass passivation; (3)high reverse voltage; (4)short switching times.
The absolute maximum ratings of the BUD86 can be summarized as:(1): collector-emitter voltage(VCEO) is 400 V; (2): emitter-base voltage(VEBO) is 5 V; (3): collector current (IC) is 0.5 A; (4): collector peak current(ICM) is 1 A; (5): base current(IB) is 0.3 A; (6): total power dissipation(Ptot) is 20 W; (7): junction temperature(Tj) is 150 ; (8): storage temperature range(Tstg) is -65 to +150.
