This device is suitable for use in high voltagesynchronous rectification , load switching and generalpurpose applications. Standard Product AOU408 is Pbfree(meets ROHS & Sony 259 specifications).AOU408L is a Green Product ordering option. AOU408 and AOU408L are electrically identical.
