Description

The U2750B-B is a monolithically integrated tuner circuit fabricated with TEMIC Semiconductors' advanced UHF5S technology. Designed for applications in DAB receivers, U2750B-B includes two selectable mixers, one VCO, a SAW-filter driver, an LO output buffer, a tristate band switch and an AGC-voltage generation block.
