TQ9172

The TQ9172 is designed as one kind of active frequency mixer and it is produced by Triquint Semiconductor,inc.It is part of TriQuint's RFIC downconverter building block family.Intended for use as an automatic gain control amplifier in an IF stage,a wide range of gain control is available.The TQ9172 provides wide-bandwidth operation from a standard +5V power supply.It is low current consumption and samll,plastic surface-mount package are ideally suited for low-cost hand-held and battery-powered applications.The TQ9172 features simplified interfaces which provide matched inputs in a 50-ohm environment.
