TQ9114

The TQ9114 is designed as one kind of IF/AGC amplifier and it is produced by Triquint Semiconductor,inc.It is aprt of TriQuint's RFIC downconverter building block family.Intended for use as an automatic gain control amplifier in an IF stage,a wide range of gain control is available.The TQ9114 provides wide-bandwidth operation from a standard +5V power supply.It is low current consumption and samll,plastic surface-mount package are ideally suited for low-cost hand-held and battery-powered applications.

The TQ9114 has some special features:(1)single +5 V supply;(2)3.1 mA supply current;(3)SO-8 plastic package;(4)30-500 MHz operation;(5)30 dB gain @ 100 MHz;(6)60 dB AGC range.It also can be used in GPS(golbal positioning systems) and cellular communications and spread-spectrum receivers.
