TQ9121

The TQ9121 is designed as one kind of low-noise amplifier and it is produced by Triquint Semiconductor,inc.It is aprt of TriQuint's RFIC downconverter building block family.Intended for use as an automatic gain control amplifier in an IF stage,a wide range of gain control is available.The TQ9121 provides wide-bandwidth operation from a standard +5V power supply. TQ9121 is low current consumption and samll,plastic surface-mount package are ideally suited for low-cost hand-held and battery-powered applications.

The TQ9121 has some special features:(1)single +5 V supply;(2)low noise figure 1.25 dB,typ;(3)SO-8 plastic package;(4)1200-1600 MHz operation;(5)30 dB gain @ 100 MHz;(6)output matched to 50.It also can be used in GPS(golbal positioning systems) and cellular communications and spread-spectrum receivers.
