TPD1031F

The TPD1031F is designed as one kind of low-side power switch for motors,solenoids and lamp drivers,it is a monolithic power IC for low-side switches and has a vertical MOSFET output with logic level input.The TPD1031F features current limiting for over current protection,thermal shutdown for over temperature protection and drain voltage clamping for over voltage protection.

Four feature s of the TPD1031F can be summarized as:(1)monlithic power IC with a new structure combining a control block with a vertical power MOSFET on a single chip;(2)logic level input enables driving power loads directly from CMOS or TTL logic circuit;(3)built-in protection against over voltage,over current and over temperature;(4)low on-resistance:Rds=65 m(max).
