TPD1009S

The TPD1009S is designed as one kind of low-side power switch for motors,solenoids and lamp drivers,it is a monolithic power IC for low-side switches and has a vertical MOSFET output with logic level input.The TPD1031S features current limiting for over current protection,thermal shutdown for over temperature protection and drain voltage clamping for over voltage protection.

Four features of the TPD1009S can be summarized as:(1)monlithic power IC with a new structure combining a control block with a vertical power MOSFET on a single chip;(2)logic level input enables driving power loads directly from CMOS or TTL logic circuit;(3)built-in protection against over voltage,over current and over temperature;(4)low on-resistance:Rds=60 m(max).
