OM8838/TDA8843 is the I2C-controlled PAL/NTSC television signal processing monotholic integrated circuit produced by Philips. TDA8843 contains picture/accompanying sound amplifier/demodulator circuit, V/C/D signal processing circuit, 1H base band delay circuit, NTSC system Y/C separate system, luminance dely circuit, and audio/video selective switch circuit. With additional fucntions of continuous cathode calibration, adjustable luminance delay line dynamic color temperature regulation (bluer expanding), black level extending circuit, intelligent audio volume level adjustment, and dynamic color calibration, TDA8843 also has the calibrating function.
