TDA8178F

The TDA8178F is a kind of TV vertical deflection booster. It is designed for monitors and high performance TVs. It is able to work with a flyback voltage more than the double of VS. It operates with supplies up to 50 V, flyback supply voltage up to 100 V and provides up to 2App output current drive to yoke. It is available in HEPTAWATT package.
