The TD6337P is designed as an IC built using a bi-CMOS process characterized by high output withstand voltage. It contains a serial-input, 10-stage parallel-output shift register and latches as well as a bipolar 10-stage parallel output driver.

TD6337P has five features. (1)Serial input and 10-stage parallel/ serial output. (2)Serial output allows cascade expansion. (3)DISABLE input for output control. (4)High output withstand voltage which is min 60V. (5)Wide operating temperature range which would be from -40°C to 85°C. Those are all the main features.

Some absolute maximum ratings TD6337P have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its display voltage would be 65V. (2)Its supply voltage would be from -0.3V to 15V. (3)Its output voltage would be from -0.3V to Vdd+0.3V for SO output. (4)Its output current would be -40mA. (5)Its input voltage would be from -0.3V to Vdd+0.3V. (6)Its power dissipation would be 1.25W. (7)Its operating temperature range would be from -40°C to 85°C. (8)Its storage temperature range would be from -55°C to 150°C.
