TD6308AP

The TD6308AP is designed as an IC developed for auto reverse/ auto eject on a car stereo.

TD6308AP has six features. (1)Plumger driving output transistor is built in. (2)Manual operation by program switch is possible. (3)Time for output pulse generation after rotation detecting signal is stopped and output pulse width are variable by external mounted capacitor and resistor. (4)A load dump circuit is built in for protection from overvoltage. (5)Operating supply voltage is from 8V to 16V (7 pin voltage). (6)It is 1/8 duty cycle. Those are all the main features.
Some absolute maximum ratings have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its supply voltage would be 30V. (2)Its output voltage would be 30V. (3)Its output current would be 400mA. (4)Its power dissipation would be 400mW. (5)Its operating temperature range would be from -30°C to 75°C. (6)Its storage temperature range would be from -55°C to 150°C. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.
