T6C23

The T6C23 is a column (segment) driver for a small-interface or medium-scale dot matrix LCD.The T6C23 offers low power consumption,due to the CMOS Si-Gate process.It is designed to directly with a microprocessor unit (MUP).The T6C23 sotres data transferred from MPU in its built-in RAM.

Features of the T6C23 are:(1)dot matrix graphic LCD column driver with display RAM;(2)display RAM capacity : 240lines * 20 pages * 8bits=38400 bits;(3)LCD drive output is 160;(4)interface is 8-bit MPU;(5)relation between RAM data and display;(6)duty can be controlled by T6C24 (row driver);(7)low power consumption;(8)logic power supply is 2.7 to 5.5V;(9)LCD power supply is 8.0 to 30.0V;(10)package is TCP.
