SKHI 23/12(R)

The SKHI 23/12(R) is designed as one kind of hybrid dual IGBT driver, SKHI 23/12(R) has some features such as:(1)double driver for halfbridge IGBT modules;(2)SKHI 23/12 is compatible to old SKHI 23;(3)SKHI 23/12 has additional functionality;(4)CMOS compatible inputs;(5)short circuit potection by Vce monitoring and switch off ;(6)drive interlock top/bottom;(7)isolation by transformers;(8)supply undervoltage protection(<13 V);(9)error latch/output.Also it can be used in (1)driver for IGBT modules in bridge circuits in choppers,inverter drives UPS and whelding inverters.
