SKHI 10/12

The SKHI 10/12 is designed as one kind of high power IGBT driver which has some features such as:(1)single driver circuit for high power IGBTs;(2)SKHI 10/12 drives all SEMIKRON IGBTs with Vces up to 1200 V(factory adjustment of Vces-monitoring for 1200V-IGBT);(3)CMOS/TTL(HCMOS) compatible input buffers;(5)short circuit potection by Vce monitoring and switch off ;(6)drive interlock top/bottom;(7)isolation by transformers;(8)supply undervoltage protection(13 V);(9)error latch/output;(10)DC bus voltage up to 1200 V.Also it can be used in (1)high frequency SMPS and (2)high power UPS;(3)braking choppers and asymmetrical brights.
