The SKHI 22A/B is designed as one kind of hybrid dual IGBT driver, SKHI 22A/B has some features such as:(1)double driver for halfbridge IGBT modules;(2)SKHI 22A is compatible to old SKHI 22;(3)SKHI 22B has additional functionality;(4)CMOS compatible inputs;(5)short circuit potection by Vce monitoring and switch off ;(6)drive interlock top/bottom;(7)isolation by transformers;(8)supply undervoltage protection(13 V);(9)error latch/output.Also it can be used in (1)driver for IGBT modules in bridge circuits in choppers,inverter drives UPS and whelding inverters.
