SKHIBS 01

The SKHIBS 01 is designed as one kind of IGBT driver kit, SKHIBS 01 has some features such as:(1)driver for sixpack and sevenpack up to Vces=1200 V;(2)short-circuit protection by Vce-monitoring and soft-turn-off;(3)drive interlock top/bpttom;(4)signal transmission by opto-couplers;(5)supply undervoltage protection(13V);(6)error output(open collector transistor).Also it can be used in (1)-25 to +85 on request;(2)if temperature momitoring in use trip level can be adjusted with an external resistor;(2)factory adjusted;(3)Rin=500;(5)open collector output,extemal pull-up resistor;(6)time for shut off the gates when failure occur;(7)time between failure occur and information available at output ERROR;(8)at 20 kHz swithing frequency.
