Features of the QS5917T are:(1)5V operation;(2)2 * Q output,Q/2 output,Q output;(3)output tri-state while RST low;(4)internal loop filter RC network;(5)<500ps output skew,Q0-Q4;(6)low noise TTL level outputs;(7)PLL disable freature for low frequency testing;(8)balanced drive outputs ±24mA;(9)132MHz maximum frequency;(10)functional equivalent to Motorola MC88915;(11)ESD>2000V;(12)latch-up > -300mA;(13)available in QSOP and PLCC package.
