The PMB 2349 is a RF/IF Dual-PLL requency synthesizer implemented in nfineon's high speed BiCMOS technology 6HFC. PMB2349 contains wo PLLs with integrated prescalers specially designed for use in battery owered radio equipment and mobile elephones. Primary applications are ingle- and dual-band digital cellular ystems e.g. GSM, PCN (DCS 1800) nd PCS systems.
